    How Long does it take?

    In a whoe body cryotherapy session you'll spend 2-3 minutes in the chamber with a total of 10 minutes allotted for prep/recovery. A cryotherapy facial and/or local spot treatment will take around 10-15 minutes in total.

    What do I wear during Cryotherapy?

    During a full body cryotherapy session, we suggest wearing undergarments. Sensitive body parts will be covered with a facemask, ear muffs, gloves, and socks provided by Lume. All jewelry or anything metal should be removed.

    Is there anything I should do before of after my session?

    Sensitive body parts should be covered with a facemask, ear muffs, gloves, and socks or slippers. Burning of the skin or frostbite can occur when proper attire protocol is not followed.

    How will I feel after my session?

    You should feel refreshed and energized after your Cryotherapy session. Some people say they feel benefits immediately after a cryochamber session, research has shown that you will experience improved and cumulative benefits after a minimum of 10 sessions, within a two or three week period.

    How often should I use Cryotherapy?

For general use 2-3 sessions per week is the norm. Some high level athletes have cryotherapy sessions up to 5 times a week.

    Is it safe?

    The greatest risk to cryotherapy is Asphyxiation. Our chambers are equipped with an oxygen monitor and your head will be out of the chamber for the entire session allowing you to breath room-air. A trained operator is always present during the treatment to control the temperature levels and monitor your comfort.
